About the role
- Oversee routine tasks across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Keep TikTok Shop and Meta Shop updated with the latest products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct regular audits on websites to identify issues such as broken links, incorrect pricing, missing images, or poor UX/UI elements.
- Coordinate with developers and designers to implement necessary changes and updates in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all website updates and feature rollouts are completed within the assigned deadlines.
- Identify and resolve technical or functional issues related to Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
- Work closely with brand partners to understand their needs, provide reports on store performance, and recommend optimizations.
- Continuously refine and document operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Keep up with the latest Shopify & Social Shops features, best practices, and industry trends to ensure our stores remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and errors.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with developers and designers to execute technical and aesthetic changes.
- Basic understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS (a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ecommerce analytics, CRO, and UX best practices.
