Build, customise, and maintain Shopify storefronts (B2C and future B2B), ensuring performance optimisation, brand consistency, and user-friendly experiences across devices.
Implement and manage integrations with third-party apps and tools (e.g. Google Merchant Center, Elevar, marketing pixels), ensuring smooth functionality and scalability. ‹ Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise tracking systems (Google Analytics/GA4, GTM, attribution tools) to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
Work closely with marketing on CRO activities, including A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and heatmap analysis to drive conversion improvements.
Optimise site speed, SEO structure, and device responsiveness to maximise traffic and sales performance across multiple regions.
Maintain structured QA processes (bug tracking, version control, rollback) to ensure stable and reliable operations.
Research, test, and implement AI-driven tools such as personalised recommendations, chatbots, or visual search, using A/B testing to evaluate impact on conversion and engagement.
Ensure global compliance across all storefronts, including GDPR features (consent management, data minimisation), accessibility standards (WCAG), and FTC guidelines for ads/reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to build campaign landing pages and integrate digital initiatives.
Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with Shopify ecosystem updates, app developments, and e-commerce best practices to keep the business at the forefront of digital retail.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Shopify Developer, preferably with Shopify Plus.
Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, APIs, checkout customisation, and theme development.
Solid front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Experience managing third-party app integrations and reporting/tracking tools (e.g. Elevar, Google ecosystem).
Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design principles and creating brand-consistent, user-friendly storefronts.
Proven track record with CRO methodologies and tools, including measurable improvements to conversion rates.
Familiarity with multi-region Shopify stores (multi-currency, multi-language) and global e-commerce operations.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets, and analytics tools. Personal Attributes
