About the role
- Assist in developing site merchandising plans for navigation, landing pages, homepage, product pages, and seasonal refreshes.
- Use data to evaluate outcomes of strategies and inform future plans.
- Maintain product pages and site placements to meet visual and business standards.
- Manage creative ticketing and reviews for seasonal refreshes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Help plan deliverables in project management tools, including timing and dependencies.
- Conduct site audits to identify gaps, broken links, or inaccuracies that impact customer experience.
- Assist in pulling reporting data to highlight opportunities that improve category performance.
- Document internal processes and help bridge gaps to ensure efficient workflows.
- Perform other merchandising support duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Liberal Arts
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant eCommerce or merchandising experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to take on executional and operational support tasks
