About the role
- Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping) and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and structure campaigns to align with client goals
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.), and flag insights or issues
- Build and maintain reports to communicate results to internal teams and clients
- Support in paid search audits and competitive research
- Partner with creative and growth teams to align messaging, landing pages, and testing strategies
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting workflows and suggesting automation opportunities
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with senior strategists in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
- Strong understanding of SEM fundamentals (keyword match types, bidding strategies, conversion tracking)
- Familiarity with GTM, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setups
- Curious and proactive; likes to experiment and find better ways to improve performance
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: Experience with Shopping feeds, YouTube ads, or cross-channel knowledge (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
