About the role
- Own and maintain our Mixpanel analytics setup: events, funnels, cohorts, dashboards
- Build and iterate on growth and marketing dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and campaign performance
- Deliver actionable insights to Growth and Marketing teams to inform decision-making
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc)
- Execute channel-specific A/B tests and support creative testing across ad platforms
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to report on CAC, ROAS, retention, and other core metrics
- Assist in attribution modeling and user journey analysis
- Partner with Product and Engineering on analytics instrumentation and data quality
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Growth, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics role
- Strong familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, and Excel/Google Sheets (SQL and Python are a plus)
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other major ad platforms
- Experience building dashboards and reporting for growth or marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Bonus: Experience in edtech or consumer-facing startups
