About the role
- Lead commercialization and management of fraud, identity and authentication product innovations across lifecycle
- Work across phases of product life cycle: introduction, management and retirement of product innovations
- Collaborate closely with platform, data science, product marketing, operations, technology, finance, sales and go-to-market teams
- Shepherd product launch, customization and enhancement projects from technical delivery to product commercialization
- Support US market product management for fraud solutions and triage voice of customer intakes
- Perform market analysis and estimate directional ROI to inform product roadmap prioritization
- Monitor product adoption and trigger outreach for solution feedback
- Support trainings, proofs of concept and client engagements to communicate value
- Execute and influence US Fraud Solutions strategy to deliver speed-to-market innovations that minimize friction and fraud
- Ensure product operations execution excellence and act as internal subject matter expert for fraud solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management, product strategy, operations, and/or product commercialization experience in fraud solutions software or services such as identity verification and authentication
- Analytical skills to generate reports and insights on product adoption and fraud KPIs; synthesize client and market feedback
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools preferred
- Ability to validate, monitor, and analyze revenue stream data and develop insights for forecasting and prioritization
- Ability to build data-driven business cases considering client needs, technical feasibility, and speed to market
- Ability to communicate delivered value, differentiators, and opportunities to sales, clients, and prospects
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to ensure product launch operational readiness
- Excellent proactive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience building strong relationships across stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, technology, data science, legal, compliance and finance
