About the role
- Provide world-class customer service in all interactions and optimize customer experiences
- Receive inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat or SMS and verify required information
- Resolve customer issues and tailor solutions to meet client needs
- Meet and exceed quality and performance metrics
- Maintain thorough knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures
- Identify and share key insights observed in volume with leadership
- Attend team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled
Requirements
- Seasonal availability Oct 2025 - Feb 2026
- Must be able to work weekends and evening shifts
- Ability to support customers via email, phone, live chat and SMS
- Above average verbal and written communication skills (proper grammar, good enunciation)
- Ability to actively listen and use customer information to meet needs
- Demonstrate appropriate empathy and understanding of customers' emotional state
- Maintain courtesy, politeness, and confidence throughout interactions
- Comfort resolving sensitive issues and diffusing escalated scenarios
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Highly detail- and solution-oriented critical thinking skills
- Open to working weekends, holidays, and/or midday to evening schedules
