The Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Function is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of Royal Caribbean's fleet, ensuring vessels meet the highest safety, environmental, and operational standards.
This team collaborates closely with newbuild projects, providing innovative solutions for vessel design, stability, propulsion, and systems integration to optimize performance and efficiency.
They work on cutting-edge marine technology and participate in all phases of newbuild development—from conceptual design and detailed engineering to sea trials and delivery—while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
Interns in this function gain hands-on experience in ship design, structural analysis, and project management, contributing to the sustainable growth and technological advancement of the fleet in a dynamic, global industry.

Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
