Independently develop, implement, and report on customer marketing programs (cross-sell, onboarding, renewal, retention, advocacy) at the direction of senior leadership
Facilitate and host customer marketing events and collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical product experts
Develop and implement review and referral programs that drive brand awareness, credibility, and customer advocacy
Measure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular NPS surveys and leverage insights to inform future programs
Partner with product growth team to experiment with in-platform messaging to drive up-sell opportunities and conversions
Proactively and regularly report on program and campaign performance, providing key insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with broader marketing teams on go-to-market launches and product updates
Analyze data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement; leverage this data to drive experimentation, establish program strategy, and identify KPIs
