Drive operational excellence across engineering and product teams by gathering, interpreting, and correlating data from systems (Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jellyfish, Pendo)
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market trends
Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, user needs, and use cases and translate them into product specifications and user stories
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements; create product roadmaps and manage the backlog
Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout development lifecycle; share stakeholder feedback and usage insights
Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams
Establish KPIs and metrics, monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales
Champion the voice of the customer through surveys, interviews, usability tests, and other research methods
Assist with product enablement including training programs, documentation libraries, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, web development, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience/training)
8+ yrs experience in a SaaS or equivalent organization
5+ years of Product Management experience working directly with customers
Experience in an agile software development environment with a proven track record in successful product delivery
Experience collaborating with customers, sales, customer success, support, professional services, security, marketing, and other teams at a high-growth SaaS technology company
Experience directly or indirectly leading and influencing teams to solve complex problems
Experience working in a multi-location environment across time zones
Knowledge across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, or marketing
Experience leveraging tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jellyfish, and Pendo
