About the role

  • Full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance
  • Partner strategically with hiring leaders, executives, and managers to understand headcount needs
  • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for niche technical markets
  • Manage candidate experience from first outreach through offer stage ensuring clarity and speed
  • Advise hiring teams with market insights, pipeline health, and funnel analytics
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns to attract engineering talent
  • Collaborate with local and U.S.-based stakeholders to recruit for Engineering and Product roles

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments
  • Track record hiring top-tier technical (Engineering and Product) talent in competitive markets
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience designing data-driven sourcing strategies
  • Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with consultative, business-first mindset
  • Agility in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and scaling needs
  • Willingness to complete background check, education and employment verification upon conditional offer
