About the role
- Full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Partner strategically with hiring leaders, executives, and managers to understand headcount needs
- Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for niche technical markets
- Manage candidate experience from first outreach through offer stage ensuring clarity and speed
- Advise hiring teams with market insights, pipeline health, and funnel analytics
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns to attract engineering talent
- Collaborate with local and U.S.-based stakeholders to recruit for Engineering and Product roles
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments
- Track record hiring top-tier technical (Engineering and Product) talent in competitive markets
- Strong sourcing skills and experience designing data-driven sourcing strategies
- Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with consultative, business-first mindset
- Agility in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and scaling needs
- Willingness to complete background check, education and employment verification upon conditional offer
