About the role
- Lead strategic partner program development, from ideation through execution, ensuring outcomes are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute multi-year growth strategies via partner program frameworks
- Define success criteria and KPIs for programs, regularly report progress to leadership, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Lead complex projects while ensuring effective communication of progress across teams
- Promote a culture of action, urgency, and collaboration to accelerate delivery in a hyper-growth environment
- Design and implement new partner programs, initiatives, and growth models; build and maintain program documentation, partner onboarding, and training materials
- Develop program success metrics, lead internal/external program reviews, and drive continuous improvement efforts to establish scalability and repeatability
- Establish frameworks, processes, and governance models that drive accountability and transparency
- Implement operational efficiency improvements and automation initiatives; manage resource allocation, budgets, and program capacity planning
- Ensure partner programs meet regulatory requirements and internal policies; coordinate with legal and compliance teams on partner agreements
- Conduct regular program audits and assessments, annual operating & capacity planning reviews, and implement risk management strategies for partner relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience in Channel/Alliances or individual contribution
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and managing partner programs, including demonstrated expertise in developing operational frameworks, conducting internal audits, and implementing governance controls for partner ecosystems
- A teammate and change champion with a bias for action (validated experience of leading others to think and act differently according to business needs)
- Forward-thinking, results-oriented, values collaboration, self-motivated, and willing to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
- Proven program and project management acumen with a track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build content & professional decks in Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Google
- Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives with business-wide scope and impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Enablement and Operations
- Strong adaptability and ability to adopt to new technologies and methodologies
- Team player with a collaborative working style
- High attention to detail, processes, and organization
- Demonstrated experience presenting detailed and complex go-to-market concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization
