About the role
- Drive evolution of portfolio of modernizing capabilities for credit, pricing, and data sciences to improve omni-channel customer experiences
- Create and execute product roadmap aligned to business objectives (growth in new money, cost reduction, transition to modernized scalable target-state tech platform)
- Engage and communicate with senior executives and front-line stakeholders to build consensus and drive decisions
- Partner with Engineering Leads to deliver against product roadmap
- Develop, document, and communicate OKRs and ensure alignment with broader business strategy
- Manage software development lifecycle: create themes/epics, write user stories, manage backlog, plan releases
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks and update executive teams on product performance
- Foster culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability in product organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a plan, build and/or product/ operation role in a high-performing, technology-powered product organization
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in building modern credit, pricing and data science platforms or platforms of similar complexity in a reputed financial services or financial technology organization
- Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to align product initiatives to drive company success
- Cross-functional communication skills, ability to engage executives and technical teams
- Analytical & data-driven decision-making skills
- Customer-focused with passion for solving customer pain points
- Problem-solving and change management skills
- Ability to create and manage OKRs, product roadmaps, and software development lifecycle
- Experience creating detailed product requirements, managing backlogs, planning releases, and mitigating risks
