About the role

  • Drive evolution of portfolio of modernizing capabilities for credit, pricing, and data sciences to improve omni-channel customer experiences
  • Create and execute product roadmap aligned to business objectives (growth in new money, cost reduction, transition to modernized scalable target-state tech platform)
  • Engage and communicate with senior executives and front-line stakeholders to build consensus and drive decisions
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to deliver against product roadmap
  • Develop, document, and communicate OKRs and ensure alignment with broader business strategy
  • Manage software development lifecycle: create themes/epics, write user stories, manage backlog, plan releases
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks and update executive teams on product performance
  • Foster culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability in product organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a plan, build and/or product/ operation role in a high-performing, technology-powered product organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in building modern credit, pricing and data science platforms or platforms of similar complexity in a reputed financial services or financial technology organization
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to align product initiatives to drive company success
  • Cross-functional communication skills, ability to engage executives and technical teams
  • Analytical & data-driven decision-making skills
  • Customer-focused with passion for solving customer pain points
  • Problem-solving and change management skills
  • Ability to create and manage OKRs, product roadmaps, and software development lifecycle
  • Experience creating detailed product requirements, managing backlogs, planning releases, and mitigating risks
