About the role

  • Lead the HR Function centrally to partner and advise the business.
  • Work closely with the business to support achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs.
  • Overall accountability for assigned stakeholders and manage a span of 300-400 tech employees.
  • Drive governance on critical HR metrics such as retention and engagement cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for CB, Staffing, HRSS, and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction; train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and Best Practices.
  • Implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies; oversee HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and consistent messaging.
  • Understand business challenges to assist with change processes and manage senior stakeholders to tackle business problems.
  • Manage queries, issues, and escalations; participate in knowledge sessions and company events.
  • Deploy and monitor the performance management system and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Handle engagement and retention activities and execute central level organizational projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a core HRBP role.
  • Must have handled Performance Management.
  • Should be able to Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.
  • Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.
  • Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Brief understanding of HR Compliance and grievances.
  • Hands-on experience in digital tools / HRIS Management.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills for retentions.
  • MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
