About the role
- Design, implement and monitor human capital programs and policies including total rewards, talent management and talent acquisition
- Serve as a crucial liaison point for HR Managers, People Partners and other HR COEs
- Develop, oversee and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Provide day-to-day support and advice to human resources teams and line management
- Assist in creation of HR documents including scripts for HR and managers, letter templates, Colleague Guides and other process documents as directed
Requirements
- Graduation / post-graduation in any stream
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with at least three years of previous HR experience; experience in employee relations a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Strong editing skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office package skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Works independently with minimal supervision
