Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands on design leader shaping the future of biometric payments
- Creative vision, strategic thinking, and relentless focus on customer
- Ability to influence high-level executive decisions and navigate senior-level decision-making processes
- Experience defining and establishing standards for biometric payment experiences
- Expertise in user interface and interaction design, addressing complex and highly impactful challenges
- Track record delivering high-quality, market-ready designs and shaping product design teams
- Experience leading development of user experience strategies that resonate with target audiences
- Experience mentoring and supporting less-experienced roles
