About the role
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and professional formatting
- Provides multi-faceted support to management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Supports Senior Vice President or 1 SVP and 1 VP
- Acts as delegate in internal systems on behalf of the executive and may handle confidential communications with discretion
- Coordinates meeting & event logistics and provides guidance to other assistants
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Outstanding organizational skills in managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and juggling multiple concurrent priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for facilitating interactions among executives, teams, and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and quick adaptation to various office management technologies
