About the role

  • Lead development of audiology departments in newly partnered and existing ENT and Allergy practices across Align ENT and Allergy
  • Design and implement consistent audiology and sales excellence "playbooks" to drive profitable growth across practices
  • Oversee implementation of growth and profitability initiatives, tailoring playbooks to local practice environments
  • Develop and deliver training, mentorship, and subject matter expert networks to support clinicians and managers
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, patient outcomes, and operational metrics; analyze data and implement improvements
  • Define targets and budgets in collaboration with the VP of Operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, practice managers, and internal teams
  • Serve as the internal audiology subject matter expert and represent the organization at meetings and events
  • Collaborate with Align marketing to communicate success stories and support program adoption
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture and promote professional development and teamwork

Requirements

  • Define, develop and implement audiology growth initiatives
  • Create reproducible "playbooks" - workflows, processes, roles, tools, and metrics to guide successful implementation
  • Tailor "playbook" implementation to the local practice environment
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in audiology
  • Develop training and mentorship programs for clinicians and managers
  • Identify and develop subject matter experts ("knowledge nodes") to support best practice sharing
  • Collect and present regular reports on key performance indicators, patient outcomes, and operational metrics
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement them
  • Define targets and budgets in collaboration with VP of Operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, providers, practice managers, and teammates
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on audiology across the organization
  • Represent the organization at relevant meetings and events
  • Work with Align marketing to share success stories
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork
  • Doctor of Audiology degree
  • 5+ years of for-profit, multi-site or retail audiology experience
  • Track record of programmatic growth
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
