About the role

  • Manage and grow key client relationships across the agency and report to the VP, Integrated Accounts
  • Manage client relationships against a quarterly plan including project management/integration, client profitability, added value investments and organic business growth
  • Responsible for project scoping and planning, leading the process of integrated opportunities
  • Work across various divisions of the agency as an internal capability collaborator to ensure integrated opportunities are delivered at highest quality, on time and on budget with true creative integration
  • Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities and cultivating new ideas that fit client marketing goals and expand business
  • Serve as the liaison between client and internal TPG project team and manage client expectations strategically, creatively and financially
  • Support preparation of client presentations and ensure project team has necessary information and materials for meetings
  • Organize and lead project meetings, develop agendas, collaborate with producer to build project schedules, and collaborate with strategy and producer on strategic briefs and presentations
  • Contribute to the formation of annual resource plans and contractual agreements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related industry experience at a marketing or ad agency required
  • Background in leading account teams, account management/new business development in an entertainment-marketing agency
  • Experience with all aspects of 360 marketing campaigns, including AV, print, digital, social, and associated productions
  • Entertainment experience recommended, specifically within film and television
  • Demonstrated track record of securing new/incremental business and developing/maintaining positive client & internal team relationships
  • Strong advocacy skills on behalf of the client to internal teams and on behalf of the agency to the client
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple concurrent projects
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to wear many hats and get hands dirty when necessary
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
