About the role

  • The Program Director will lead Apartment Life experience for coordinators and clients in the West Division
  • Hires and leads coordinators, champions program excellence, and communicates value of AL programs to clients
  • Reports to Divisional VP – Program Management or Director of Program Management

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in ministry, leadership development or client account management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Availability of 25 hours per week with potential to grow to full time
  • Preference to candidate living in Denver, will consider candidates in Pacific, Mountain and Central Time Zones
