Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience designing methodologies including user testing, surveys and data analysis
- Ability to lead functional projects and programs that enhance user experiences based on research findings
- Strong understanding of business needs and industry trends
- Experience with developing and implementing research methodologies to optimize user testing and data collection
