Role summary: Lead and evolve compensation and benefits strategy across more than 60 countries to attract, retain, and reward top talent.
Compensation responsibilities include: design and maintain global salary band structures; benchmark compensation; develop and implement global salary architecture; manage job architecture; evaluate and evolve compensation packages; partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders; support annual compensation cycles; collaborate with Finance and Legal; own compensation systems and processes; support administration and strategy of equity programs.
Benefits responsibilities include: create global benefits matrix; modernise and streamline legacy benefits; benchmark benefits; align benefits with retention goals and employee wellbeing.
Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, ideally in fintech or tech; expertise in salary structures, job levelling, benefits across multiple countries; analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
Systems experience: Benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer), HRIS (HiBob), high proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics.
