About the role
- Provide day-to-day service support as part of the GBS HR Services team – focusing on Advisor support via administration
- Work together with HR advisors to support the administrative activities related to onboarding and employee administration
- Send out reminders and follow up on pending activities
- Workflow monitoring and reminders (weekly 50 emails at least)
- Manual data entries into the HR system
- Easy cases handling
Requirements
- Have ongoing college or University studies (preferably in related field)
- Can speak English fluently, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
- Can work minimum 20 hours / week, on the afternoons between 14:00-20:00.
- Have computer skills and technical aptitude including the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Have empathy and customer focused attitude
