About the role
- Help MSPs across industries navigate the productivity cloud space by selling solutions that matter — think Microsoft O365, M365, and beyond.
- Drive value, not just volume; manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Ensure partners love working with Pax8 through strong relationship-building.
- Jump on inbound leads and turn curiosity into commitment.
- Follow up creatively, persistently, and with flair.
- Assess MSP partner needs, demo productivity SaaS solutions, and close the deal.
- Collaborate with technical engineers when things get deep.
- Log everything in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot issues with the Service Delivery team when needed.
- Forecast revenue and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with SaaS in your bloodstream.
- Know your way around Microsoft Cloud — O365, M365, Dynamics and the CSP model.
- Have experience selling through the channel with top partners (MSPs, VARs, etc.).
- Travel to partner onsite meetings and presentations
- Be a Salesforce ninja.
- Speak the language of cloud, connectivity, and productivity tech — without needing a translator.
- Know what makes Pax8’s Cloud Marketplace special — or be eager to learn and evangelize it fast.
- Have a killer track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets — like top 10–20% in past roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience — we care more about what you know than how you learned it). (Bonus)
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn like a social-selling wizard. (Bonus)
- Working knowledge of DevOps, Azure, cybersecurity, or open-source tech. (Bonus)
