Lead technical implementation of Intuitive’s digital solutions across regional Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospitals from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability.
Act as a trusted advisor partnering with Area Sales Directors/Managers and Digital Sales Reps to engage IT and digital stakeholders and support pre-sales strategy.
Navigate hospital technology adoption: engage customer technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams; deliver technical presentations and network topology diagrams to accelerate approval and prioritization.
Support post-go-live digital solution adoption and intervene to protect customer confidence and utilization.
Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for first-time success through accurate documentation, validated configurations, and timely communication.
Own planning through adoption, ensuring solutions go live smoothly and deliver sustained value.
Synthesize and relay field learnings and customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and remove systemic barriers.
Continuously grow technical and strategic capability, pursue ongoing learning, and share best practices with the team.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare.
Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule and remote work.
Able to travel up to 25%.
Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas.
May require proof of vaccination against certain diseases (e.g., COVID-19) as required by Intuitive and/or customers.
