Build, train, and manage a high-performing Digital Solutions business development team focused on pipeline growth, sales cycle acceleration, and customer acquisition/retention.
Design and execute sales strategies to increase adoption and utilization of digital solutions through strategic targeting and consultative selling.
Set and enforce daily sales goals and monthly KPIs for outbound calls, lead generation, client meetings, and qualified opportunities.
Facilitate sales operations and planning cycles, including territory planning, resource allocation, and portfolio management.
Bridge corporate and field sales teams to ensure alignment on priorities, prospects, and market strategy.
Engage cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to drive go-to-market initiatives and refine messaging.
Drive change management and adoption strategies including sales enablement, internal and external training, and stakeholder buy-in.
Gather and act on external and internal feedback to improve customer experience and inform Product Management.
Track and report on project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to partners, sponsors, and management.
Manage essential administrative functions including sales activity reporting and expense report submission.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales leadership.
2+ years experience leading projects required.
Direct experience managing and growing strategic accounts, key customers, and/or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is highly desirable.
Demonstrates success in executing sales strategies and leading complex, cross-functional projects to drive customer adoption.
Exceptional ability to influence decision-makers remotely through consultative selling and compelling communication.
Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
Candidates must live or be relocatable to a major city in the West: Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Cheyenne.
Remote work but requires some field selling; able to travel up to 75%, some short notice travel required.
Able to enter surgical and other patient care areas.
Able to Move 60 lbs.
May be required to show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
