About the role

  • Adopt and roll out AI tools to maximise effectiveness in account & lead management and distribution.
  • Use existing tools and build new AI processes to enable the best output as a Sales Administrator.
  • Provide data extraction and research support in building a pipeline of leads for the Sales Development team.
  • Collect data on potential client business information, job titles, and contact information to empower cold calling.
  • Qualify accounts across the business to ensure targeting the right people at the right time.
  • Work with sales leadership to pilot and roll out new programs for lead and account distribution and ensure success at scale.
  • Track and maintain a lead generation database of potential clients and accounts.
  • Extract data from Patsnap’s platform into the right format for tasks (Excel, AI tools and in-house systems).
  • Research contact information and titles for Patsnap customer personas.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management and support ad-hoc data projects to inform sales leadership decision-making.

Requirements

  • You pride yourself on your organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You are tech-savvy and are interested in your first role in a software company.
  • You are a self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • You are task-oriented and like to get things done.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and previous work or internship experience are nice-to-haves.
  • Become proficient in the sales enablement tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, GPT).
  • Experience with data extraction and formatting (Excel, AI tools and other in-house systems).
  • Research skills to find contact information and job titles for customer personas.
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Willingness to test and develop new tools and processes at the direction of Sales Leadership and Rev-Ops.
