Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field
Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
Ability to build and work with financial/data models
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a nice-to-have
Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization is an advantage
