AI Engineer

• Analyze business documents such as insurance policies, claim forms, and financial reports to understand structure, logic, and extract key information.

QA Engineer

• Provide full oversight of the testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, defining and enforcing QA processes and standardizing tools, environments, and test coverage organization-wide
• Establish and continuously refine QA processes, procedures, and standards for testing products before they go to market

• Triage and troubleshoot support issues, when required escalate to project or product engineering teams.
• Analyze system behavior using observability tools—logs, metrics, tracing—to diagnose root causes of incidents in distributed systems.
• Debug application code (primarily in .NET or NodeJS) and, when required, contribute fixes or code-level solutions.
• Take ownership of technical issues by directly investigating and resolving problems at the code level, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes when necessary.

Backend Engineer

• Design, implement and maintain new features and functionalities for the SAAS platform, understanding the requirements of insurance businesses and translating them into scalable and efficient software solutions
• Work on both the front-end and back-end of the application, demonstrating expertise in various technologies, frameworks, and programming languages
• Work collaboratively with product, design, engineering teams, and UX designers to understand end-user requirements, use cases, and technical concepts, translating them into a cohesive and effective solution while ensuring a seamless user experience.
