Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top technical and non-technical talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions aligned with business needs and goals.
Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including screening calls, interview scheduling, and supporting technical interview processes.
Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support HR operations by handling general administrative tasks requested by the team and management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
Background check, signed NDA, signed contract, and signed GDPR processor passthrough agreement required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with demonstrated success in hiring for diverse roles.
Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). (Preferred)
Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations in [insert country/region]. (Preferred)
Prior experience in an IT or technology-focused organization. (Preferred)
