Sales Development Rep

• Using your incredible communication skills to build brand new relationships between Patsnap and potential clients
• Working closely with an Account Executive, who will mentor and help to develop your sales skills, while you support their activity by creating sales leads and booking their product demonstrations
• Owning your territory and choosing which companies to call and will have the autonomy to be creative with how you introduce Patsnap to prospects
• Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; what we ask of you is a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning
• Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities (sales leads)

Sales Development Representative – Life Sciences

Account Executive

• Own and execute the sales strategy for Tier 1 enterprise accounts, driving new business and expansion growth.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, identifying decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue, retention, and long-term value.
• Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Monitor pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics, reporting insights to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Represent the company through thought leadership activities, including webinars, presentations, and industry events.

Account Director – Life Sciences

• Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.
• Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through discovery, negotiation, and close.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres where relevant.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline, with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
• Run a multi-channel sales process across phone, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face meetings as needed.
• Develop strong product and market expertise within the IP services and software space.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Marketing to support go-to-market activity and share customer insights.

Senior Account Executive – Life Sciences
