Bookkeeper

• Du verantwortest den Bereich "Steuerberater:innen & Kanlzeien".
• Von der Ansprache bis zum Closing.
• Du bist täglich per Telefon, E-Mail und Zoom im Austausch mit Buchhalter:innen und Steuerkanzleien.
• Mindestens 1 mal die Woche auf Reisen, von Mittagessen bis hin zur Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen / Messen in ganz Deutschland.
• Präsentation, Verkauf und Implementierung unserer Cloud-Integrationslösungen, insbesondere der DATEV-Integration via Online-Video Termin oder auch vorort.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Onboarding Automation Team zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Lösungen.

Customer Support

• You will communicate daily with e-commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms via email and Zoom.
• Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
• Serve customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors.
• Present, sell and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video meetings.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our offerings.

Customer Support, Onboarding, Demo Calls – Finance

Kundensupport, Onboarding, Demo Calls – Finanzbranche

• You are responsible for the "Tax Advisors & Practices" segment.
• From initial outreach through to closing.
• You communicate daily by phone, email and Zoom with bookkeepers and tax practices.
• At least once a week travel is required, from client lunches to organizing and running events and trade shows across Germany.
• Presenting, selling and implementing our cloud integration solutions, with a particular focus on the DATEV integration via online video meetings or on-site.
• Close collaboration with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our solutions.

Tax Clerk – Digital Accounting, DATEV
