Key responsibilities & impact

You provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via email and video calls for accounting-related issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (experience with SMART goals).
Experience using DATEV (mandatory).
Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
Independent, structured and process-oriented way of working.
Open to feedback, comfortable with digital tools, and remote-first work.
Fluent in German and English.
