About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You provide daily support by phone, email and Zoom to e‑commerce entrepreneurs with accounting and bookkeeping issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear, friendly communication.
Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions.
Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (familiarity with SMART goals).
Experience using DATEV (required).
Interest in the digitalization of the accounting/bookkeeping industry.
Independent, structured and process-oriented working style.
Open to feedback, comfortable working digitally and in a remote-first environment.
Fluent in German and English.
