About the role
- Oversee and manage the workflow and ticketing processes related to Network Operations
- Lead and support team members within the Network Operations group
- Represent Network Operations in enterprise-wide initiatives where card network involvement is required
- Serve as a liaison and escalation point for card network-related issues across operational leadership
- Report on Network Operations activities as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain relationships with card network partners
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent in Business Administration, management, or a related field
- Card network related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
