About the role
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with Pfizer’s national dermatology brand strategy while addressing local market dynamics and customer needs
- Conduct regional market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and customer insights that inform business decisions
- Execute localized brand marketing campaigns, peer-to-peer education programs, and patient initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact based on brand strategy
- Partner with Pfizer Dermatology Sales Teams to enhance execution of regional marketing initiatives and optimize sales force effectiveness
- Support pull-through of national marketing strategies, customizing materials for regional implementation
- Align with Market Access teams to support payer and formulary initiatives, ensuring regional market challenges are addressed through marketing efforts
- Develop and distribute region-specific marketing tools to support Pfizer’s sales objectives and ensure brand messaging consistency
- Conduct an annual assessment of regional congress recommendations based on brand strategy
- Lead regional execution of Pfizer’s national dermatology congress and conference strategy, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement
- Identify and coordinate regional sponsorship opportunities, including professional society meetings, dermatology educational programs, and local conferences
- Collaborate with national marketing teams to execute product theaters, symposiums, and educational programs for dermatology healthcare professionals
- Provide regional business insights to inform national marketing strategy, ensuring Pfizer remains competitive in the dermatology space
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Public Affairs to ensure cross-functional alignment in regional marketing execution
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and refine strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
- Strong background in regional execution, product launches, or sales collaboration
- Proven ability to develop and implement regional marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions
- Strong understanding of the dermatology landscape, competitive market dynamics, and key stakeholders
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
- Ability to analyze market data, identify insights, and develop actionable marketing strategies
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight stays and weekend congress participation
