Sales Development Rep

• The Government Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging defense contractors, aerospace manufacturers, distributors, and MRO organizations.
• Research, identify, and qualify defense contractors, aerospace companies, aviation suppliers, and MRO organizations.
• Analyze SAM.gov registrations, NSN data, CAGE Codes, and related procurement datasets to prioritize high-value prospects.
• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and multi-touch cadences.
• Clearly communicate the value of PartsBase's Government Data Solutions platform and how it improves supplier discovery, procurement intelligence, and sourcing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records within CRM.

Sales Development Representative

• Drive revenue growth by selling PBExpo sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and advertising solutions to new and existing clients.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage target accounts within the aviation, software, and technology sectors.
• Execute high-volume outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Develop customized sponsorship and exhibitor packages aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with conference planning and execution.
• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and conference planning sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and attendee demographics to effectively position PBExpo.

Account Executive – PB Expo

Revenue Operations

• Build and own the RevOps function from the ground up.
• Own the end-to-end forecast process and accountability for forecast accuracy.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and deal inspection cadences with the sales team.
• Drive pipeline hygiene: stage definitions, close-date discipline, and deal scoring.
• Administer and rationalize the GTM tech stack (CRM and all connected tools).
• Establish and enforce a single source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and GTM data.
• Design and document the lead-to-cash process with clear ownership at each stage.
• Build and enforce data entry standards and process compliance across GTM teams.
• Build the dashboards and metrics leadership uses to run the business.
• Translate data into actionable insights; proactively surface trends and risks.
• Own territory design, quota modeling, and compensation plan operations.
• Partner with finance on revenue reconciliation and GTM budget tracking.
