About the role

  • Drive the sales process from plan to close, including discovery, product demonstrations and technical evaluations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base (acquisitions and expansions).
  • Establish new customer accounts; build, maintain and prioritize customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively deliver HeadSpin product presentations and communicate value propositions.
  • Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Proven ability to articulate the unique value of products and services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required
