About the role
- Drive the sales process from plan to close, including discovery, product demonstrations and technical evaluations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base (acquisitions and expansions).
- Establish new customer accounts; build, maintain and prioritize customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively deliver HeadSpin product presentations and communicate value propositions.
- Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Proven ability to articulate the unique value of products and services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required
