About the role

  • Lead end-to-end email campaigns — from concept to deployment — ensuring visually compelling, error-free communications that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design banners and short-form digital assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Write persuasive, concise, and engaging short-form marketing copy for emails, landing pages, forms, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to errors across all campaign content and channels.
  • Stay current with email UX/UI trends and apply best practices.
  • Build seamless landing pages and marketing forms, with CRM integration.
  • Plan and manage complex campaign workflows using tools such as Lucid.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows in ClickDimensions (must-have) and HubSpot (optional) for nurture, sales sequencing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
  • Plan and execute always-on lead generation email programmes, with continuous testing and optimisation.
  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel campaign plans across email, PPC, landing pages, and social media.
  • Project manage campaign delivery at scale in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, web, creative) to ensure timely rollout and execution of campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise engagement and conversion.
  • Drive higher campaign ROI through continuous testing, optimisation, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven digital marketing expertise in B2B environments, ideally within competitive sectors or high-performing agencies.
  • Advanced ClickDimensions experience – including email, forms, and complex automated workflows.
  • Basic HMTL skills are desirable.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong design skills with hands-on experience in email layouts and digital marketing banners.
  • Skilled copywriter, concise, engaging, and grammatically flawless.
  • AI-savvy marketer – comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, copywriting, and reporting - while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Dynamic and proactive – thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and drives projects forward independently.
  • Flexible and dependable – embraces change, manages shifting priorities effectively, and adjusts working hours when needed.
  • Detail-oriented and organised – delivers high-quality, error-free work while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator – builds relationships, influences stakeholders, and works effectively across teams.
  • Provide a portfolio of email and digital marketing design work as part of the application process.
