About the role
- Define and own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, ensuring product decisions balance commercial and technical needs.
- Represent product in engineering meetings, working closely with developers to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, shape features, and drive adoption.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Define KPIs, analyse usage and adoption metrics, and continuously optimise the product based on insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team as the function scales.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- 5+ years in product management/ownership, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or marketplaces.
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
- Background in sales/marketing, with ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
- Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products from concept through to launch and growth.
- Data-driven mindset; familiarity with agile development, product discovery, and roadmap prioritisation frameworks.
- Previous leadership of a product team in a scaling SaaS company.
