  • Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver high-quality meetings that drive pipeline, impact, and revenue.

  • Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and OTE; salary grows with promotions.

Requirements

  • Have past sales success or demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (fundraising, athletics, service industry, etc)
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency — and book quality discovery meetings.
  • Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
