- Be the first touchpoint for HubSpot’s prospects—sparking conversations through strategic outreach, uncovering pain points, and qualifying leads.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver high-quality meetings that drive pipeline, impact, and revenue.
- Learn and grow in HubSpot’s high-growth sales organization; coaching and feedback provided.
- Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and OTE; salary grows with promotions.

Requirements
- Are resilient, coachable, and crave feedback to improve.
- Are curious and ask why, not just how.
- Are energized by a fast-paced environment and a bit of friendly competition.
- Have past sales success or demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (fundraising, athletics, service industry, etc)
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day).
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency — and book quality discovery meetings.
- Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
