About the role
- Support project delivery for bridge design and rehabilitation projects for the ITD and local agencies, assisting senior engineers with technical tasks and coordination
- Serve as a local contact for clients and project partners, helping to maintain strong working relationships and ensuring effective day-to-day communication
- Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality transportation infrastructure solutions
- Play a key part in project delivery and client engagement in collaboration with Senior Bridge professionals and Senior Transportation leaders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a specialization in bridge & structures
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho required
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience coordinating with DOTs or local agencies
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
