About the role

  • Provide Sales Engineering support during sales process
  • Present Parallel Wireless Solution offerings to customers and prospects in collaboration with regional sales prime
  • Respond to customer RFI/RFP/RFQs during the sales process
  • Build detailed solutions to meet customer requirements and provide priced BOQs in support of the sales process
  • Build deep relationships with assigned customers as a trusted technical advisor in the Mobile Operator Space
  • Document (via diagrams and writing) cellular solutions to describe benefits of our products
  • Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training
  • Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert for our product offerings and industry trends
  • Occasionally attend trade shows and conferences for technical and sales support
  • Clearly communicate customer requirements to our teams responsible for development, implementation, and ongoing support of Parallel Wireless solutions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a global sales engineering position.
  • Deep understanding of at least Two RAT 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G - Must
  • Extensive communication knowledge of the telecom world and cellular networks in particular - Must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and proposal writing in English - Must
  • Fluent knowledge of Arabic - Must
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly - while meeting deadlines
  • Travel: 30% at peaks
