• Manage privacy and regulatory compliance aspects across all business units
• Lead design, communication, and implementation of privacy policies and procedures
• Identify, assess, and address compliance risks; partner with departments and outside counsel on mitigation strategies
• Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and compliance regulations (e.g., KYC, AML)
• Maintain in-depth understanding of industry regulations and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
• Support and collaborate with business units on global privacy regulations, data protection, and customer-related queries
