• Own Mature Products: Support the GTM lifecycle for Panorama’s flagship product(s), owning key releases and focusing on retention-driven messaging, feature adoption, and "better together" bundling narratives.
• Launch Coordination: Provide project management support for major GTM motions, ensuring that cross-functional checklists are updated, stakeholders are aligned, and timelines are met.
• Enablement & Content Support: Keep our standard platform decks, one-pagers, and "What's New" guides updated as the platform evolves.
• Expansion & Adoption: Partner with Senior PMMs, customer marketing and demand gen to create campaigns that help current customers expand their use of the Panorama platform and adopt new innovations within their existing workflows.
• User-Centric Focus: Write clear, concise copy for in-app announcements, help center articles, and release notes that helps educators adopt new workflows with ease.
• Platform Adoption: Maintain the "source of truth" for the platform’s current capabilities, ensuring our Customer Success and Support teams have the most up-to-date talking points.

Product Marketing Specialist

• Execute Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end execution of product releases, managing the cross-functional GTM motion to ensure all internal teams are prepared and aligned.
• Product/SKU Ownership: Take ownership of a specific product SKU(s), managing its lifecycle from initial positioning to ongoing market success, helping us grow net new acquisition and client expansion.
• Measurement: Work with rev and marketing ops to create product scorecards and clear business KPIs on how our products drive net new acquisition, expansion and retention.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features and systems that power Panorama’s Surveys product.
• Lead complex technical initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, and performance of survey workflows and reporting, including selectively incorporating AI-assisted approaches where they add clear value.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into well-scoped, durable technical solutions.
• Balance new feature development with ongoing investment in platform health, technical debt reduction, and operational excellence.
• Ensure survey experiences are intuitive, accessible, and performant for educators and administrators.
• Serve as a senior technical voice within the Surveys squad, helping guide architectural decisions and technical direction.

Account Executive

• Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, each generating >$100k annual recurring revenue (ARR) for our Mid-Atlantic to Southeast territory.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers within large school districts and educational organizations.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across client organizations.
• Lead the renewal process with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Outcome Reviews, demonstrating how Panorama’s solutions drive results aligned with client goals and KPIs.
