Data Analyst

• Serve as the primary point of contact and embedded Business Intelligence support for the assigned division
• Maintain daily communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads
• Deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership on sales, performance-to-plan, and results
• Surface sales and program results, risks, and opportunities to sales leadership
• Lead opportunity analysis, including targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities
• Communicate market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, distribution wins, and losses
• Develop market-specific tools and deliver training and real-time support for field teams
• Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics support and division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls
• Partner with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-based approaches
• Support planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and tools with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence
• Support distributor transitions and ERP system changes while ensuring reporting continuity
• Translate complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership
• Advance a data-driven culture within the division
• Join division sales leaders at key distributor meetings to understand and address business challenges
• Perform additional related duties as required

Commercial Analytics Manager

Marketing

• Partner with National Accounts On Premise Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer engagement and growth through promotional programming
• Focus on critical accounts across on-premise channels, including dining, lodging, transportation, and entertainment
• Partner with Strategic Accounts Off Premise Sales Directors to develop and execute customer marketing solutions, programs, and selling material
• Focus on top regional chains and align initiatives with Palm Bay’s brand strategies and commercial goals
• Collaborate across Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Creative Services, and Distributor Partners
• Develop and execute insight-driven programs and activations that drive consumer engagement and high ROI
• Identify and activate custom promotional materials for consumers and shoppers, measuring effectiveness through sales data and customer feedback
• Provide chain sales teams and distributor sales teams with tools and resources to drive the business
• Develop customized sales materials and presentations in a customer-facing selling role
• Serve as subject matter expert on Palm Bay brands and marketing programs
• Consult internally on national innovation and account specialty items to ensure successful launch and execution
• Assist with planning and logistics for wine tastings, events, and activations
• Liaise between brand and chain sales teams to ensure a constant flow of information
• Measure and evaluate programming initiatives to inform optimization and spend efficiency

Customer Marketing Manager

• Assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
• Leverage syndicated, retailer loyalty, and internal data to generate shopper and business insights
• Design, maintain, and optimize reporting and analytics
• Measure and evaluate the impact of key initiatives and refine strategies
• Partner with sales leadership to activate growth opportunities across innovation, assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotion
