• Cross functionally develops and successfully executes a multi-year strategy that accelerates our business in the region.
• Develop & lead the implementation of our annual sales plan for the Western Region that achieves depletions, distribution, sales & distributor revenue, and shipment goals.

Marketing

• Partner with On Premise National Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer engagement and growth through promotional programming
• Focus on most critical accounts across channels (dining, lodging, transportation, eatertainment, etc.), ensuring alignment with Palm Bay’s overarching brand strategies and commercial goals
• Serve as a central point of collaboration across Palm Bay Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Creative Services, Distributor Partners
• Develop and execute compelling insight driven programs and activations that align with brand and customer strategies, driving consumer engagement and high ROI
• Identify and activate custom promotional materials that engage consumers, measuring effectiveness through sales data and customer feedback
• Partner with Business Intelligence to provide National Accounts On Premise and distributor sales teams with the tools and resources to drive the business
• Customer facing selling role developing customized, powerful sales material and presentations, serving as the subject matter expert of Palm Bay brands and marketing programs
• Consulted internally on national innovation and account specialty items to ensure successful on-premise execution
• Assist in planning and logistics for wine tastings, events, and activations
• Act as liaison between brand and National Accounts On Premise sales to ensure constant flow of information
• Measure and evaluate on-premise programming initiatives to inform program optimizations and spend efficiency

• Develop and maintain relationship with Distributor teams to drive goals and priorities and assure collaborative execution
• Implement customized selling efforts in each Retailer aligned to their category objectives and strategies
