About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and embedded Business Intelligence support for the assigned division
  • Maintain daily communication and collaboration with DVPs, Regional Managers, District Managers, and Strategic Account Leads
  • Deliver execution-focused insights and thought leadership on sales, performance-to-plan, and results
  • Surface sales and program results, risks, and opportunities to sales leadership
  • Lead opportunity analysis, including targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, display execution and effectiveness, and key/BTG account opportunities
  • Communicate market-level implications of Strategic Account programming, distribution wins, and losses
  • Develop market-specific tools and deliver training and real-time support for field teams
  • Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics support and division-level deep dives for distributor GSMs, meetings, and retail sales calls
  • Partner with the Commercial Analytics Analyst and broader BI team on Power BI reporting, tool development, and solution-based approaches
  • Support planning, program tracking and ROI, launch/reset execution, and distributor and retail Top-to-Top meetings
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and tools with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Excellence
  • Support distributor transitions and ERP system changes while ensuring reporting continuity
  • Translate complex data sets into executive-level presentations and insight decks for senior leadership
  • Advance a data-driven culture within the division
  • Join division sales leaders at key distributor meetings to understand and address business challenges
  • Perform additional related duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights
  • Alcohol beverage experience required
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
  • Ability to guide report development and interpret DAX-based analyses
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
  • Commercial experience partnering with varying sales levels, from executive to field, to derive insights for targeted audiences
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work remotely, with West US preferred
