- Actively seeking a talented Internal Wholesaler II to join our Life Insurance Sales Desk
- Proactively marketing Pacific Life’s life insurance products and concepts to existing and potential financial professionals
- Using consultative sales skills to meet sales goals, maintain and grow market share
- Developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships with financial professionals within assigned region(s)
- Increasing advisor growth and cross-sell multiple product lines by identifying sales opportunities
Requirements
- Expert level territory management
- Higher level relationship-building and networking skills
- In-depth concept and product and illustration knowledge
- Viewed as a resource within the team/channel
- Actively participates in department initiatives
- Promotes Pacific Life culture
- Sought out by other IWs to help them improve IW skills/mentorship
- Demonstrates self-awareness and professionalism
- Displays initiative
- FINRA SIE, Series 6/7 and 63 License (required within 90 days of hire)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably with a life insurance background
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented Sales Professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and professional demeanor.
