• Proactively identifying and mitigating attrition risk within the Mortgage Loan Officer workforce through data-driven analysis and targeted engagement.

• Own the affiliate budget and investment strategy.
• Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition and growth strategy for a new market launch, focusing on quality traffic and long-term ROI.
• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate competitive commercial agreements and commission structures to maximise profitability.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimize affiliate performance against KPIs including FTDs, eCPA, and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, CRM, content, design) to deliver affiliates the creative assets, insights, and campaigns they need to succeed.
