Senior People & HR Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to Business and Financial Cycle leadership;
- Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring speed, quality and accuracy in hires;
- Support managers on people-related topics such as engagement, development, performance and internal movements;
- Maintain regular alignment with client areas, providing a consultative and close experience;
- Serve as guardian of company policies, processes and guidelines;
- Mediate conflicts, support decision-making and intervene impartially and professionally when necessary;
- Analyze people metrics and translate data into action plans;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-area communication;
- Switch easily between strategic and operational topics, balancing execution with business perspective.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Social Work or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in People Management, Human Development, Organizational Psychology or related fields is desirable;
- Previous experience in generalist HR roles as a Business Partner;
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with job posting platforms and resume sourcing tools;
- Availability to work on-site and travel between the office and stores.
